Roy Scranton

Roy Scranton is the author of Learning to Die in the Anthropocene: Reflections on the End of a Civilization (City Lights, 2015) and War Porn (Soho, 2016). He has written on climate change, war, and literature for the New York Times, Rolling Stone, The Nation, Dissent, Boston Review, and elsewhere. He holds an MA from the New School for Social Research and a PhD in English from Princeton. He teaches in the Department of English at the University of Notre Dame.
